"ALIGN" CHURCH STAFF TRAINING | FBC
I was commissioned to help out today with a staff training at Fellowship Bible Church, where my family and I attend. While the various speakers were addressing the staff, I stood behind them making small drawings that related to the context of the topic being discussed. It's always a fun challenge doing impromptu drawing like this, and seeing as how this is exactly how I take notes for myself each week at church, it was a very comfortable and fun day.
In addition to some other miscellaneous drawings that helped structure the day, I always designed and drew some brainstorming "group think" posters that were to be filled out by the staff of the various ministry groups. The idea was to theme these vision casting posters as blueprints or building plans. These were a lot of fun to create. I spent quite a bit of time looking online at actual blue prints and charts listing the various symbols and icons used to try and add some authenticity to the posters.
