Bartlett & West
History Video
In the summer of 2012 I had the unique opportunity to work with the engineering firm Bartlett & West to create a video that explores the history of the company. I was actually contacted for this job because someone from Bartlett & West had been to FBC's Easter service and seen the White Board Gospel video I had helped the church create.
This was an exciting project to work on and was very unique in the sense that the subject of the drawings was quite outside my normal artwork. After an initial brainstorming meeting with the marketing team , I spent a week in my sketchbook planning out the images and practicing the drawings. Instead of taking individual digital photos, as we had done on the FBC and Trash Mountain videos, I was filmed with a video camera as I drew on a large tablet of Bristol board. We were able to complete all the filming in about 8 hours.
Even though this was not a Christ centered project, it was still a delight for me complete and I thank God for the opportunity to get paid for something I love to do
