Class Packs allow the flexibility and convenience of purchasing multiple spots in a class at a discounted rate. These spots can be applied to any of the weekly class sessions that have openings. Class Packs can be a great solution for families with unpredictable schedules, mulitple children, or those simply wanting to save a little extra money! Use these spots intermittently, each week, or assign them all at once to guarantee a spot in class.
Once purchased, customers can register for an activity and the spot will automatically be deducted from their class pack balance. However, these spots do expire and must be redeemed within a certain time frame, and any unused spots are not refundable. Spots can be used to schedule a class that occurs after the Class Packs expiration date, they simply must be assigned to a date before they expire.
As long as you provide at least 24 hours advance notice, any Class Pack spot that has already been assigned to a date can be transferred to a future class or simply returned to the Class Pack balance.
